2026 NFL Divisional Round Bills vs. Broncos line, odds: Expert reveals pick for matchup on Saturday

The sixth-seeded Buffalo Bills will look to knock off the top-seeded Denver Broncos when they meet in a 2026 NFL divisional round matchup on Saturday. Buffalo is coming off a 27-24 win over the Jacksonville Jaguars in the Sunday's Wild Card matchup. Denver is coming off a bye after finishing the season with a 19-3 win over the Los Angeles Chargers on Jan. 4. The Bills (12-5), who placed second in the AFC East, are 6-3 on the road this season, including the postseason. The Broncos (14-3), who won the AFC West, are 8-1 on their home field in 2025-26.

Kickoff is set for 4:30 p.m. ET at Empower Field at Mile High in Denver. Buffalo leads the all-time series 24-17-1, including a 31-7 win in last year's Wild Card matchup.
