2026 NASCAR Goodyear 400 odds, picks, props: best bets from proven racing experts
Racing experts Phil Bobbitt and Steve Greco reveal their picks for the 2026 NASCAR Goodyear 400 race on Sunday at Darlington Raceway
Denny Hamlin will look to make it two wins in a row when he competes as the odds-on favorite to win Sunday's Goodyear 400 at Darlington Raceway. Hamlin dominated last week's Pennzoil 400 at Las Vegas as he led for 134 laps en route to the victory. He defeated Chase Elliott by 0.502 seconds as he won his first race of the season and 61st of his career. Hamlin is the Goodyear 400 favorite at +500 (risk $100 to win $500) at FanDuel.
Among the other favorites are the trio of Tyler Reddick, Kyle Larson and Chase Briscoe at +600, William Byron (+750) and Christopher Bell (+850). Sunday's race is set to start at 3 p.m. ET. Joe Gibbs Racing is the +150 favorite to be the winning team for Sunday's race, followed by Hendrick Motorsports (+260) and 23XI Racing (+490).
Before entering any 2026 NASCAR Cup Series props or NASCAR picks, be sure to see what elite expert auto racing handicappers Phil Bobbitt and Steve Greco have to say.
Bobbitt and Greco built a predictive engine that consistently beats the books. They find huge value and aren't afraid of volume. Over the past four-plus years, their followers could be up more than $28,000 on $100 plays. In 2024, they nailed seven outright winners in the Cup Series, returning nearly seven units for a 25.7% ROI.Â
They predicted Daniel Suarez's victory in Atlanta at +3500 and were 10-2 on matchup plays. Their 2024 NASCAR All-Star Race preview nailed Joey Logano at +1100 and went 4-0 in matchup picks, and they hit Austin Cindric at +2800 in the Enjoy Illinois 300. They also nailed Ross Chastain as a +3000 longshot in the Hollywood Casino 400. Overall, they were up 47.18 units across all racing articles last season. In 2025, they correctly called William Byron (+2300) in the Daytona 500 and Kyle Larson (+450) in the AdventHealth 400. Anyone following Bobbitt and Greco could have seen HUGE returns!
For the 2026 NASCAR Cup Series Goodyear400 at Darlington Raceway, we can tell you Bobbitt and Greco are backing Tyler Reddick over Chase Briscoe (-115 TheScore, -120 Caesars) in a head-to-head matchup. "Reddick checks in as our second-ranked driver this week with a projected finish of 5.5," Bobbitt said. "Briscoe sits eighth at 9.1. With two wins in his last four Darlington starts, this might feel like a slight to Briscoe. The data is not nearly as sentimental. In comparable track data from 2024-2025, Reddick leads the field in fastest laps at 25.3 per race, while Briscoe ranks eighth at 15.1. Reddick also owns the best average running position in the dataset at 6.7, which is 3.8 positions better than Briscoe, and spends 18.2% more time inside the top-15.
"Briscoe's Darlington résumé is real. The speed profile underneath it just doesn't match Reddick's. At a track where the wall is always in play, Reddick has made a career out of living inches from it and somehow making it work. It's not always clean, but it's consistently fast. And at Darlington, that's usually the difference."Â
