2025 Woodbine morning line odds: Racing writer gives Turf Champions Pick 3 selections for Sept. 13

Saturday is Woodbine Mile day at Woodbine Racetrack in Toronto, and there's a special $5 Turf Champions Pick 3 that begins with the Summer Stakes at 3:54 p.m. ET and ends with the Woodbine Mile. Before you make any picks, you NEED to know how SportsLine writer Gene Menez has handicapped the sequence, considering the roll he has been on since November.

Hit the late Pick 4 on Kentucky Oaks day for $915.48. And in the Kentucky Derby, he hammered the exacta and trifecta for a $1,045 payout.

In addition, in June Menez earned a spot in November's Breeders' Cup Betting Challenge, arguably the most prestigious handicapping tournament in the country.

For Saturday, Menez has handicapped the $5 Turf Champions Pick 3 beginning with the Summer Stakes, made his picks and constructed his tickets.

"After three uninspiring efforts to start 2025, he returned to his good form with a runner-up finish in the Prix Jacques Le Marois at Deauville in his last race," Menez told SportsLine. "He also has drawn well in the No. 2 hole." Notable Speech is Menez's top pick in the race and the only horse from the race on his tickets.
