2025 Week 18 DFS lineups: Jamey Eisenberg's million-dollar tournament plays for DraftKings and FanDuel
Eisenberg, the CBS Sports Fantasy expert, goes through his DFS lineup decisions for Week 18 GPP tournaments
Week 18 is always tricky with several playoff teams resting players for wildcard weekend. And the teams that we expect to be cautious with some of their stars are Buffalo and the Chargers in the AFC and Philadelphia and Green Bay in the NFC.
Some of the backups on those teams could make for great DFS plays in Week 18. And we also have several injuries that we're monitoring, which could lead to some cheap options with upside on DraftKings and FanDuel.
For example, at quarterback, keep an eye on Tanner McKee ($4,500 on DraftKings and $6,000 on FanDuel) if Jalen Hurts is out and Mitch Trubisky ($5,000 and $6,000) if Josh Allen isn't expected to play a full game. I like McKee's matchup against the Commanders, who are No. 3 in most Fantasy points against opposing quarterbacks. And the same goes for Trubisky against the Jets, who are No. 4 in that category.
At running back, you might get great production from Jordan Mason ($5,200 on DraftKings and $5,500 on FanDuel), Malik Davis ($5,300 and $6,000), Jaydon Blue ($4,300 and $4,500), Ray Davis ($4,900 and $4,400), Tank Bigsby ($5,400 and $5,600) and Jaylen Wright ($4,200 and $5,200). Mason is only worth using if Aaron Jones (hip) is out, but the Packers are expected to rest starters on defense.
The Cowboys will likely be without Javonte Williams (shoulder), but Malik Davis (eye) is also hurt. I like Davis if he starts against the Giants, but Blue might be the last man standing in Dallas and has a great matchup since New York is No. 5 in most Fantasy points allowed to opposing running backs.
Ray Davis could be the best running back for the Bills if they decide to rest James Cook, and the Jets are No. 3 in most Fantasy points allowed to opposing running backs. The Eagles could opt to rest Saquon Barkley, which could potentially give Bigsby a large workload against the Commanders, who are No. 4 in most Fantasy points allowed to the position. And the Dolphins are expected to be without De'Von Achane (shoulder), which is a great opportunity for Wright against the Patriots.
Some receivers to consider include Kevin Austin Jr. ($3,400 on DraftKings and $5,200 on FanDuel), Dante Pettis ($3,100 and $4,900), Darius Slayton ($4,100 and $5,400), and Jahan Dotson ($3,800 and $4,800). Chris Olave (illness) is out for the Saints, and Austin and Pettis will now be the top targets for Tyler Shough at Atlanta.
Wan'Dale Robinson (ribs) could be out for the Giants, which would be a boost for Slayton against the Cowboys, who are No. 1 in most Fantasy points allowed to opposing receivers. And Dotson might be the best receiver for the Eagles against the Commanders, who are No. 6 in most Fantasy points allowed to the position.
There are other players to consider as well, and keep an eye on the injury report prior to Sunday. To be safe, you can also just focus on the players who are guaranteed to play, and there are plenty of guys with great matchups.
Here, I built two lineups with a mix of both options. Hopefully, you'll have a successful Week 18 when it comes to DFS.
And make sure you stick with us through the NFL playoffs. Just because the regular season is over doesn't mean our DFS coverage will stop. We'll continue to build lineups on DraftKings and FanDuel through the Super Bowl, so let's keep winning money until the NFL season is officially done.
