2025 Week 16 DFS lineups: Jamey Eisenberg's million-dollar tournament plays for DraftKings and FanDuel

This is a great week to use some cheap options at quarterback and build some fun stacks for DFS. And going that route gives you flexibility to spend money at other spots.

Some of my favorite matchups this week involve cheap quarterbacks like J.J. McCarthy (at NYG), Aaron Rodgers (at DET), Gardner Minshew (at TEN), and Kirk Cousins (at ARI), and all of them are under $5,000 on DraftKings. On FanDuel, all of those quarterbacks, along with Tyler Shough (vs. NYJ) and Bryce Young (vs. TB), are under $7,000.

The receiving options for many of these quarterbacks are great. For example, you can use Rodgers and DK Metcalf against the Lions or Shough and Chris Olave against the Jets, and I love both of those stacks given the matchups.

Here, in two lineups that I built on DraftKings and FanDuel, you can see what I did with a Minshew-Travis Kelce stack against the Titans, as well as a Cousins-Kyle Pitts stack against the Falcons. This allowed me to play stud running backs like Bijan Robinson, Jahmyr Gibbs, De'Von Achane, and James Cook, while also using quality receivers with huge upside.

I'm excited about these lineups in Week 16, and I hope these quarterbacks will be successful. Their performances could lead to a nice reward during the holidays.
