The 2025 US Open women's semifinal matches are set for Thursday night at Arthur Ashe Stadium, as No. 1 seed Aryna Sabalenka faces No. 4 seed Jessica Pegula, and No. 8 seed Amanda Anisimova faces No. 23 seed Naomi Osaka. Sabalenka has appeared in the semifinals of all four Grand Slam events this year, and she is the defending champion. Pegula is making her second semifinal appearance at a major after finishing as the runner-up here last year. 

Sabalenka is the -300 favorite in the US Open women's semifinal odds, while Pegula is the +240 underdog for that 7 p.m. ET match. In the second match of the night, Osaka is a slight -114 favorite as the four-time major champion is playing her best tennis since her maternity leave.
