2025 NFL Week 16 odds, score predictions: SportsLine AI reveals picks for every game

SportsLine AI reveals its NFL picks against the spread, over/under and money line for every NFL game in Week 16

ByUpdated: Dec 15, 2025 4:21PM UTC . 4 min read

NFL Week 16 features a full 16-game slate, including a number of key divisional matchups. In an important NFC North battle, the Green Bay Packers (9-4-1) takes on the Chicago Bears (10-4). The Packers are favored by 1.5 points as Jordan Love of the Packers faces Caleb Williams and the Bears, as the teams vie for first place in the division. A Chicago win would give the Bears a 1.5-game lead with just two games remaining, while a Green Bay win would vault the Packers into first place.

Another key divisional matchup in the NFC pits the 7-7 Tampa Bay Buccaneers against the 7-7 Carolina Panthers in a battle for the NFC South lead. The teams meet twice in the final three weeks. The Buccaneers enter the game as 2.5-point favorites. The Panthers are coming off a 20-17 loss at New Orleans in Week 15, while Tampa Bay dropped a 29-28 decision to the Atlanta Falcons.

Sunday's largest spreads are Raiders vs. Texans (-14.5), Bills (-10) vs. Browns, Steelers vs. Lions (-7) and Eagles (-6) vs. Commanders. The smallest spreads include Packers (-1.5) vs. Bears, Chargers vs. Cowboys (-1.5) and Bengals vs. Dolphins (-1.5). Green Bay may be without both Micah Parsons (knee) and Christian Watson (chest).

Before making any Week 16 NFL picks, be sure to check out the NFL score predictions from the SportsLine's self-learning AI.

Built using cutting-edge artificial intelligence and machine learning techniques by SportsLine's Data Science team, AI Predictions and AI Ratings are generated for each game. The AI predictions are determined by statistically learning from each team's historical data then quantitatively evaluating the strength of the opponents defense by assigning a numeric value out of 100 called a matchup score.

Once a prediction is formulated, the AI rating is generated using the prediction, the matchup score, and the odds of the market. For example, you could see a 5-star rating on an Over bet if a team is facing a poor defense, their prediction differs from the line and there are favorable odds.

In addition, SportsLine AI is the first fully automated predictive model at SportsLine. It continuously refreshes on the most recent available data and can help you spot the biggest discrepancies in the lines. SportsLine's AI has nailed more than 2,000 4.5- and 5-star prop picks since the start of the 2023 season! Anyone who has followed it is WAY UP!

After analyzing every game in Week 16, the AI says the Broncos (-3), who have won each of their past 11 games, cover comfortably against the Jaguars. Quarterback Bo Nix has been on a roll. In 14 games, he has completed 63.5% of his passes for 3,256 yards and 23 touchdowns with nine interceptions for a rating of 89.7.

SportsLine AI rates the Broncos as an A+ spread pick and also predicts a 27-20 win on average.

SportsLine AI has generated against the spread, over/under and money-line picks for every game in Week 16! In fact, the AI has generated more than two dozen HIGHLY-COVETED A+ picks! You ABSOLUTELY NEED to see the AI analysis before making any Week 16 NFL bets.
