2024 Ally 400 odds, picks: Projected NASCAR at Nashville leaderboard, predictions from proven racing model

SportsLine simulated the Ally 400 2024 at Nashville Superspeedway 10,000 times and revealed its NASCAR at Nashville picks

The NASCAR Cup Series is hurdling towards its postseason and Week 19 of the regular season will take place on Sunday when the 2024 Ally 400 is held at Nashville Superspeedway. The green flag is scheduled to drop at 3:30 p.m. ET. Christopher Bell became the fourth driver of the season to reach three wins last week in New Hampshire, joining Denny Hamlin, William Byron and Kyle Larson. Ross Chastain, who's recorded a top-10 finish in three of his last five starts, is the defending champion of this event.

Bell is listed at 8-1 in the 2024 Ally 400 odds, while Larson is the 9-2 favorite. Hamlin, who won the pole with a lap of 29.859 seconds, is priced at 11-2 in the NASCAR at Nashville odds and Byron is getting 10-1 entering the week. Chastain is listed at 15-2 to repeat in Nashville. Before scouring the 2024 Ally 400 starting lineup and making any 2024 NASCAR Nashville predictions, you NEED to see the latest 2024 Ally 400 picks from SportsLine's proven projection model.

Our proven projection model has simulated the 2024 Ally 400 10,000 times and come up with a surprising leaderboard. Developed by daily Fantasy pro and SportsLine predictive data engineer Mike McClure, this proprietary NASCAR prediction model takes into account a slew of factors including track history and recent results.

McClure's model was red-hot during the 2023 season, nailing Martin Truex Jr.'s Clash win (20-1) as well as his win in New Hampshire (11-2), Joey Logano's Duel win (8-1), Kyle Busch's Fontana victory (10-1), Denny Hamlin's triumph in Kansas (6-1) and Kyle Larson's wins at Martinsville (6-1) and the NASCAR All-Star Race (13-2). The model correctly predicted winners in two playoff races as well, with Ryan Blaney scoring a 12-1 payout at Talladega and Larson winning at 9-2 in Las Vegas.

It also called its first victory of the 2024 season with Larson winning again in Las Vegas for a 21-5 payout then predicted a Denny Hamlin's wins in Bristol at 5-1 and Richmond at 17-4. It impressively nailed five of Larson's wins during his historic season in 2021 too. All told, the model has nailed a whopping 18 winners since 2021 and hit nine last year alone! Anyone who followed its lead on those NASCAR picks saw HUGE returns.

Now, the model has dialed in on NASCAR at Nashville 2024 and released its projections.

The model knows Nashville Superspeedway is a relatively recent addition to the NASCAR schedule. It hosted races in the NASCAR Xfinity Series and the NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series from 2001-2011 but first welcomed the NASCAR Cup Series in 2021. Chevrolet has been to victory lane in each of the first three Cup races in Nashville, with Larson winning in 2021, Chase Elliott winning in 2022 and Ross Chastain winning in 2023. However, Joe Gibbs Racing did have three of its four teams lead laps at Nashville last season, with Martin Truex Jr. finishing second, Hamlin third, Bell seventh and Ty Gibbs 14th.

For the 2024 Ally 400, we can tell you the model is high on Joey Logano, even though he's an 18-1 longshot in the latest 2024 NASCAR at Nashville odds. He's a target for anyone looking for a HUGE payday. And a massive shocker: Ryan Blaney, one of the Vegas favorites, stumbles big-time and fails to crack the top 10! There are far better values in the 2024 Ally 400 starting lineup.

The model is also targeting one OTHER driver with 2024 NASCAR at Nashville odds of 18-1 or longer to make a serious run at the checkered flag! Anyone who backs this driver could hit it BIG. You ABSOLUTELY need to see who it is before locking in any NASCAR picks.

So who wins the 2024 Ally 400, and which EPIC longshot is a MUST-BACK? ... Join SportsLine right now to see the full projected NASCAR at Nashville leaderboard, all from the model that's nailed 18 winners, including three already this year!
