The 2023 RBC Heritage tees off Thursday in Hilton Head Island, S.C., and many of the top PGA Tour players will be making rare appearances at Harbour Town Golf Links. The PGA Tour has made RBC Heritage 2023 a designated event, so new world No. 1 and Masters champion Jon Rahm will lead a field featuring eight of the world's top 10 players. That means Scottie Scheffler, Xander Schauffele and Patrick Cantlay will be there, along with players like defending champion Jordan Spieth. With several golfers lacking experience on the course, which PGA Tour players should you trust for your RBC Heritage 2023 Fantasy golf picks?      

Scheffler, who is making his Harbour Town debut, is the 8-1 favorite in the latest 2023 RBC Heritage odds from Caesars Sportsbook. Rahm, whose only appearance was in 2020, is right behind at 17-2, Cantlay is priced at 14-1, and Spieth (18-1) and Collin Morikawa (18-1) also are top contenders in the RBC Heritage field. At the Players, he was all over Scheffler to win at 10-1 and at Bay Hill, 11 of his picks finished in the top 15 and three of his top seven posted top-five finishes. The golf expert also was behind Chris Kirk as winner at the Honda, backing the 25-1 shot to get his first victory since 2015. On the other hand, Holliman is slightly fading Rahm, even though he is a clear favorite and just won his second major championship. But that is why the expert is uncertain about the Spaniard's prospects. Easing up a bit "is only natural," Holliman says, and Rahm doesn't crack his top five.    

Instead, Holliman is backing several longshots, and his top pick is well into double-digit odds! This golfer has been on the front page of the leaderboard regularly and is due for a breakthrough.
