The 2023 LIV Golf schedule continues this week with a stop at Trump National Golf Club Washington D.C. just outside our nation's capitol in Sterling, Virginia. The tournament marks the 7th tournament of the season, which means the halfway point of LIV's 2023 schedule. Trump National Golf Club, a par 72, plays at nearly 7,500 yards and is a links-style course with views of the Potomac River. With the forecast looking promising, including only light winds, scoring opportunities might be plentiful for golfers on the LIV circuit.

According to the latest LIV Golf D.C. odds from Caesars Sportsbook, Brooks Koepka is listed as the favorite at +750. He is followed by Cameron Smith (+800) and the winner in Tulsa two weeks ago Dustin Johnson (+1100) while Joaquin Niemann, Patrick Reed, and Talor Gooch are all at +1600. Before you lock in any LIV Golf Washington D.C. picks, be sure to check out the D.C. LIV Golf predictions from SportsLine handicapper Eric Cohen.

Cohen is an avid golf bettor who correctly predicted the pre-tournament outright winner of the 2023 PGA Championship (Brooks Koepka +2000), 2023 Honda Classic (Chris Kirk +3500), 2022 Open Championship (Cameron Smith +2200), 2022 U.S. Open (Matt Fitzpatrick +2500), and 2022 Phoenix Open (Scottie Scheffler's first career victory +2800). He is a daily contributor to SportsLine's YouTube Show "Early Edge in 5" and is a guest on "The Early Wedge" SportsLine YouTube golf show hosted by Jonathan Coachman.

Now, Cohen has studied the 2023 LIV Golf Washington D.C. field and locked in his best bets, top sleepers and favorites to avoid.

We can tell you that Cohen is fading Koepka, who's listed as the 15-2 favorite. "Don't discount the potential for fatigue after a grueling weekend of competition at the PGA Championship," Cohen said. "I believe Koepka will finish in the top 10 once again, maybe even the top five, but I see others as more likely to win. In his professional career dating back to 2013, the American has never won back-to-back tournaments."

Cohen also has broken down the 2023 LIV Golf D.C. event from every angle and reveals why he's high on two golfers, including a longshot of greater than 18-1, to win it all. You ABSOLUTELY need to see who they are before locking in any picks of your own.
