Scheffler reclaimed the top ranking after repeating as WM Phoenix Open champ Sunday. Woods is playing his first non-major official event since October 2020. They will be joined by Jon Rahm and Rory McIlroy, who have both been red-hot, and California-bred stars like Xander Schauffele, Collin Morikawa and Max Homa.
