2023 Fantasy Football PPR rankings: Top 150 players with auction values, featuring three different positions at top

R.J. White shares his 2023 Fantasy Football PPR rankings

I participate in a number of Fantasy mock drafts all throughout the offseason in my role as managing editor of Fantasy and betting at CBS Sports, and that experience helps me mold my rankings as I learn which higher-ranked players I'm fine to let pass me by, which sleepers I'm disappointed I don't grab early enough, and so on. For the first time, I'm sharing my rankings at SportsLine, starting with my overall top 150 rankings for PPR leagues.

At the top of the draft, I think you can make an argument for players at three different positions. Christian McCaffrey managed to stay healthy for the first time in a few years and delivered a vintage season that puts him atop most people's RB positional rankings. Justin Jefferson, Ja'Marr Chase and even Cooper Kupp all have an argument to be the No. 1 receiver in Fantasy, and whichever one takes the top spot should also be in consideration for the overall No. 1 pick in PPR leagues. And Travis Kelce offers such a massive advantage at the tight end position over replacement level that while his points-per-game numbers likely won't match up to the top running backs or receivers, he is worthy considering high in the first round, potentially at No. 1.

In my top 150 PPR Rankings, I have Kelce in the top three along with one receiver and one running back. If I have an early pick in my drafts, it's anyone's guess how things will break and how I'll be building my team from Round 2 on. In the mock draft for the CBS Sports/Beckett Fantasy Football Magazine, I even went with Kelce at No. 4 and then grabbed his quarterback Patrick Mahomes in Round 2. That put pressure on me to build quality depth and unearth a few breakouts at running back and receiver, which I hope I did.

Below, you can find my full top 150, featuring players I'm higher on than consensus, interesting lottery tickets worth tucking away later in the rankings and even a few players at the end I don't want you to forget about come Draft Day. I've also include dollar values for your salary cap drafts.

So who are the top players at every position, and the top 150 players overall? Which breakout do you NEED to own, and which bust do you NEED to avoid? Which overlooked wideout can win you your league? ... Join SportsLine here to see R.J. White's PPR Top 150 Fantasy football rankings!
