2023 Belmont Derby morning-line odds, picks, post time: Racing insider offers betting strategy for Saturday's race

The best American 3-year-old turf horses will meet the best from Europe on Saturday when the starting gate opens in the 2023 Belmont Derby at Belmont Park. The Foxes, an Irish-bred who has raced entirely in Great Britain, has won two Group 2 races in his career and is the 7-2 favorite in the 2023 Belmont Derby odds. He is followed by three U.S.-based horses: Far Bridge (4-1), Webslinger (9-2) and Kalik (5-1). Post time for the $750,000 Belmont Derby 2023 is 5:49 p.m. ET.

He smashed the trifecta in the Belmont Stakes for $532.96, and later in June he crushed a Pick 4 at Belmont for $555. Those are just some of his scores this year.
