With the British Open officially in the books, the PGA Tour heads to TPC Twin Cities in Blaine, Minnesota this week for the 2023 3M Open. Tony Finau is the 12-1 betting favorite in the latest 2023 3M Open odds from Caesars Sportsbook. He is followed by Cameron Young (14-1), Sungjae Im (16-1), Hideki Matsuyama (18-1), and Justin Thomas (20-1).

Opened in 2000, the course previously held the 3M Championship from 2001-2018 on the PGA Champions Tour.
