Kentucky Derby runner-up Epicenter will try to capture the second leg of the Triple Crown when he leaves the starting gate in the 2022 Preakness Stakes on Saturday at Pimlico Race Course. Sent off as the Kentucky Derby favorite, Epicenter took the lead at the top of the stretch in that race but was caught in the final strides by 80-1 long shot Rich Strike, who is skipping the Preakness. Epicenter is the favorite at 6-5 in the 2022 Preakness Stakes odds. Other top 2022 Preakness Stakes contenders include Wood Memorial runner-up Early Voting (7-2) and Kentucky Oaks winner Secret Oath (9-2). Post time is 7:01 p.m. ET.
