Tournament favorite Brazil open their 2022 FIFA World Cup with a Group G match against Serbia on Thursday. The Selecao entered the tournament as the +400 favorite at Caesars Sportsbook, ahead of France (+600) and Argentina (+650), and they have a talented team from front to back. They cruised through qualifying and aim to add another to their record five World Cup titles. The Serbs are making their 12th appearance but failed to advance in three of the past four World Cups, missing the 2014 event altogether.

Kickoff is set for 2 p.m. ET at Lusail Stadium in Lusail City, Qatar. Brazil are -235 favorites on the money line (risk $235 to win $100) in the latest Brazil vs. Serbia odds from Caesars Sportsbook. Serbia are +650 underdogs, a draw is priced at +340, and the over/under for total goals scored is set at 2.5. (For more soccer coverage, click here.)

Before you make any Brazil vs. Serbia picks or 2022 FIFA World Cup predictions, you MUST see what renowned soccer bettor Jon "Buckets" Eimer has to say.

Eimer is a high-volume bettor who has vast knowledge of leagues and players across the globe. Since joining SportsLine, Eimer has covered the English Premier League, Serie A, the FA Cup and much more. He is an impressive 48-25-1 on his Premier League picks for SportsLine in 2022, for a profit of almost $1,800 for $100 bettors. He also went 20-12 on his World Cup Qualifying picks, for a return of almost $600.

Eimer knows Brazil are loaded, with two of the world's best goalkeepers in Alisson and Ederson, an all-time great in Neymar, and young stars like Vinicius Junior. Brazil went 14-3-0 in qualifying then rebounded from a loss to Argentina in the Copa America with a 12-3-0 run. They scored 38 goals and conceded five in those 15 matches. Neymar has 75 career goals, two shy of Pele's record for the Selecao, but Pele won three World Cups, while Neymar has none. He has 12 goals and 10 assists in his past 14  matches with Brazil.

The expert also has considered that Serbia are on a run of excellent form, and Aleksandar Mitrovic is proving he is an excellent striker, no matter the competition. The 28-year-old had a record 43 goals in the English Championship last season and has followed that up with nine in the Premier League. He shares the league lead in shots with Harry Kane. Dusan Vlahovic plays alongside Mitrovic, and the 22-year-old Juventus player is a strong complement. Mitrovic has 50 international goals, and Vlahovic has nine in 17 matches.

Eimer has taken an in-depth look at the Serbia vs. Brazil matchup and locked in his picks. He is taking the Over on the goal total and offers two other CONFIDENT best bets, including a plus-money play on a goal-scorer. You ABSOLUTELY need to see his picks and analysis before making any selections of your own!
