The PGA Tour gets some of its stars back this week when the 2021 World Wide Technology Championship at Mayakoba tees off Thursday at El Camaleon Golf Club. The past four tournaments at Mayakoba have been decided by one stroke, and Viktor Hovland won last season at 20 under par.

Justin Thomas, the highest-ranked golfer in the field at No. 7, is the 14-1 favorite in the latest 2021 World Wide Technology Championship golf odds from Caesars Sportsbook. Mexican golfer Abraham Ancer is the second choice at 18-1, followed by Hovland at 20-1.

Brooks Koepka (33-1), Sergio Garcia (40-1) and Rickie Fowler (45-1) are among the other notable players in the World Wide Technology Championship field.

Before you lock in any of your Fantasy golf rankings or bet the 2021 World Wide Technology Championship, you MUST see what fantasy expert Riley Gates has to say.

Gates is a writer for 247Sports and has covered a range of sports for nearly five years. He has followed golf closely for much longer and has a profound knowledge of the sport. He also knows what it takes to win, on the course and in fantasy sports.

At last week's Bermuda Championship, six of Gates' golfers finished in the top 20 as the unknown players took center stage. At the previous week's Zozo Championship, five of his top 13 finished in the top 10.

Those included Hideki Matsuyama, who won the event in his native country. The 29-year-old trailed by one with eight holes to play but finished with a 65 and a five-stroke victory!

"It is tough to not look at a hometown hero like Matsuyama and feel good about him in his element," Gates said before the 2021 Masters champ stormed back on Sunday.

Now, Gates has ranked the top 20 golfers for the 2021 Bermuda Championship. We can tell you he is expecting Thomas to be in contention. The former world No. 1 has faded to seventh after a rough season, but he went 59 under par over his final five tournaments and started off this campaign with an 18-under to finish T-18 at the CJ Cup. Gates expects to him to get rolling early and is backing him for a strong finish.

On the other hand, Gates is seriously fading Abraham Ancer, even though Caesars is backing him to contend. The Mexican star missed the cut to start the season and had two rounds of 70 or higher at the CJ Cup. He also had a 63 there, so he looks to be still dialing things in. There are plenty of other players Gates is more confident in, and the golf expert barely has Ancer in his top 15 for your Fantasy golf picks!

Instead, the fantasy expert has a long-shot player in his top five who comes in at around 40-1!  This young player apparently spent his nearly two months off honing his game, and he is off to a sizzling start. He is hitting it a long way, hitting the greens and making his putts. He could pull off a STUNNING result and be the key to your Fantasy golf picks! You ABSOLUTELY need to see who it is and check out Gates' top picks before you bet the 2021 World Wide Technology Championship or enter any Fantasy golf picks.
