Two of the last three conference champions will square off when the Los Angeles Rams host the NFC West-rival San Francisco 49ers on Sunday in the 2022 NFC Championship Game. Los Angeles (14-5), which represented the conference in Super Bowl LIII, squandered a 24-point second-half lead at Tampa Bay in the Divisional Round before winning on a game-ending field goal. The 49ers (12-7) won at Green Bay in similar fashion as Robbie Gould converted a 45-yard attempt as time expired for a 13-10 victory.

Kickoff at SoFi Stadium is scheduled for 6:30 p.m. ET. Los Angeles is a 3.5-point favorite in the latest Rams vs. 49ers odds from Caesars Sportsbook, while the over-under for total points scored is 45.5.

Before you make any 49ers vs. Rams picks or NFL playoff predictions, you NEED to check out the latest NFL predictions from the SportsLine Projection Model.

The model, which simulates every NFL game 10,000 times, is up over $7,500 for $100 players on top-rated NFL picks since its inception six-plus years ago. The model enters championship weekend in the 2021 NFL playoffs on an incredible 137-97 run on top-rated NFL picks that dates back to the 2017 season. Amazingly, it hasn't missed a top-rated pick since Week 14 of the regular season.

The model also ranked in the top 10 on NFLPickWatch four of the past five years on straight-up NFL picks and beat more than 94 percent of CBS Sports Football Pick'em players four times during that span. Anyone who has followed it is WAY UP!

Kupp, who had a 70-yard touchdown reception in the second quarter of last week's game against the Buccaneers, had 11 100-yard performances during the regular season and posted another versus the Tampa Bay, as he had nine catches for 183 yards. The 28-year-old, who became the fourth player in history to lead the NFL in receptions, receiving yards and TD catches in 2021, had over 100 yards in both meetings with the 49ers this season.

The model also knows San Francisco is seeking its third win in its last four trips to the conference championship game. The 49ers struggled offensively in Green Bay last Saturday, but excelled on special teams, blocking a field-goal attempt at the end of the first half before blocking a punt and returning it for a game-tying touchdown with less than five minutes remaining. The Rams had no answers for Deebo Samuel during the regular season, as the versatile wideout ran for a pair of TDs, hauled in a scoring pass and threw another while racking up 297 yards of total offense in a pair of San Francisco victories.

Now, the model has set its sights on Rams vs. 49ers. We can tell you it's leaning Under the total, and it also says one side of the spread cashes in over 50 percent of simulations! You ABSOLUTELY need to see it before locking in any NFL picks of your own.

So who wins Rams vs. 49ers in the NFC Championship Game 2022? And which side of the spread cashes over 50 percent of the time? ... Join SportsLine right now to find out which side of the 49ers vs. Rams spread you should be all over, all from the advanced model that has returned more than $7,500 on top-rated NFL picks!
