Jonathan Coachman is joined by expert sports bettors Mike McClure and Zack Cimini on the Early Edge podcast. They give you their best bets for Major League Baseball, the NBA, NHL, golf and soccer for Saturday, May 15.

Coach starts things off with five SportsLine Plays of the Day. The first comes in the NHL: the Capitals (+110) to beat the Bruins (7:15 p.m. ET) in Game 1 of their playoff series. "Washington wins 53 percent of our simulations," Coach says.

The next three plays come in the FA Cup final between Chelsea and Leicester City (12:15 p.m. ET): Chelsea to win (-106), both teams to score (-110) and Over 2.5 goals (+110).

The final SportsLine play is the Red Sox (+105) to beat the Angels (4:10 p.m. ET).

McClure's two picks both come from the MLB. The first is Over 9.5 runs in that same Red Sox-Angels game. "[The Red Sox] are still the No. 1 offense in baseball when you combine weighted on-base average and expected slugging percentage," McClure says. He adds, "This game has Over written all over it."

He also likes the Padres (-130) to beat the Cardinals (8:40 p.m. ET). "Adam Wainwright, I'm a little concerned with what I've seen so far on the road so far this season," says McClure, whose simulations have the Padres between -147 and -148.

Coach then jumps in with three head-to-head matchups from the third round of the AT&T Byron Nelson. The first is Sam Burns (-125) over Alex Noren (2 p.m. ET). "Noren had the round of his life on Friday," Coach says. "That won't happen again."

The second pick is Doc Redman (+105) over K.H. Lee (1:50 p.m. ET). "K.H. Lee has not had a good year at all," Coach says. "Through the first two days he shot two 65s. That's going to regress."

His final play is Vincent Whaley (+115) over Ben Martin (12:50 p.m. ET). "People are sleeping on this dude," Coach says of Whaley. "He is a really good player."

Cimini's first pick comes in the NBA: the Timberwolves to cover -3.5 against the Celtics (2 p.m. ET). "[The Celtics] have lost four straight," Cimini says. "The injuries continue to mount. They have another player out today in Tristan Thompson."

Cimini closes things out with the Giants (-125) to beat the Pirates (6:35 p.m. ET). "I'm banking on Johnny Cueto bouncing back from his rough outing," Cimini says.
