Today's picks: Rams-49ers prop best bets, plus more NFL, NBA and college basketball picks for Monday

Mike's Monday night NFL prop is Van Jefferson Over 47.5 receiving yards in Rams-49ers at 8:15 p.m. ET. Odell Beckham Jr. has just joined the team and Jefferson may have to play a larger role in replacing Robert Woods in the shorter term. Jefferson is capable of approaching the Over on one play. 

Allan is recommending Jimmy Garoppolo Over 0.5 interceptions. "He has five career interceptions in four career games vs. the Rams," he says. "The Rams have nine interceptions in their last five games. They have garnered an interception in 3.4 percent of every pass thrown against them this year and the 49ers have thrown an interception in every home game this season."

Zack is on the 49ers at +4 over the Rams, noting San Francisco has won the last four meetings between the teams. Los Angeles has more talent, but San Francisco knows how to handle the Rams. Mike disagrees, leading to the latest SportsLine Showdown. 

In college basketball, Larry is taking Illinois -8 over Marquette at 7 p.m. ET. Illinois is still "loaded" and will make a statement with a win on the road.
