Today's picks: Cardinals-Dodgers NL Wild Card Game best bets, plus more MLB, NFL and UEFA Nations League picks for Wednesday

Zack looks at some injuries for the Seahawks on a short week, and Larry reveals some interesting trends to consider for Seattle heading into Thursday night. Larry then peers ahead to the Week 5 matchup between the Browns and Chargers, and wonders if Los Angeles will continue to stick with their defensive approach that they have utilized so far. 

The Coach drops the SportsLine Play of the Day, taking Italy and Spain to draw at +210 in UEFA Nations League action at 2:45 p.m. ET. Both teams are evenly matched. 

Justin is going with the Cardinals at +199 over the Dodgers in the NL Wild Card Game at 8:10 p.m. ET. "I think at the end of the day +199 is just too much value," he says. "The Dodgers are -220 on some books. It's too steep to go there. The Dodgers do not have that big of an expected winning percentage in my opinion to get that type of line. I'm going to take the value. They've been the hottest team in baseball and Max Scherzer has been a little shaky." Justin is also on the Brewers to win their NLDS series over the Braves at -140. Atlanta is coming out of the weaker division. He is going with the Rays to win the World Series at +650. Now that the Yankees have been eliminated, Tampa Bay's road to the AL pennant has cleared up more. 

Zack's top NFL prop for Thursday night is DK Metcalf Over 71.5 receiving yards in Rams-Seahawks at 8:20 p.m. ET. He is not concerned with a matchup with Jalen Ramsey, as Metcalf has fared well against the Rams and shines in prime time games. 

Larry is on the Saints -130 over Washington on Sunday at 1 p.m. ET. New Orleans is coming off a loss and Jameis Winston is limiting turnovers. Washington is very banged up after a thrilling Week 4 win.
