We're not sure the oddsmakers have it right here. Boise has lost two of three without QB Maddux Madsen, saved only by facing a wretched Colorado State last week. Backup QB Max Cutforth finally had a decent game (239 YP) but the Rams had something to do with that; Cutforth is still mostly dinking and dunking and reluctant to look downfield. The Broncos need a win for a chance at the MW title game, but the Utags (9-2 vs. the line) are bowl-bound and have been a revelation for Bronco Mendenhall, with sr. QB Bryson Barnes an ultimate dual-threat (2502 YP, 644 YR; accounts for 26 TDs). The Utags are tested, too, having covered at Texas A&M, Vanderbilt, and UNLV this season. Play Utah State
