Ohio State is still playing like they're embracing the role of hunted as reigning national champions. Their offense looks significantly better now than it did to start the season. All the while their defense has continued to be dominant. The same can't be said offensively for Penn State and struggling on that side of the ball makes it hard to see them score points against the Buckeyes.

Ohio State has been the best team in the country this season, and the Buckeyes had a bye to prepare for this game. I expect Penn State to struggle mightily on offense, and can't see the Nittany Lions scoring enough to cover here.

Only one team has managed to reach double-digits against Ohio State, and that was Illinois in a 38-16 loss. Penn State has fired its coach and lost its starting QB for the season. Yes, it's off a bye, but even when Penn State has been good it's hardly been able to score points against the Buckeyes, scoring 25 total in the last two meetings combined.
