USC Trojan QB and defending Heisman Trophy winner Caleb Williams has started the season as the best player in college football. Williams is 36 for 49 for 597 yards, nine touchdowns and zero interceptions in his first two games. USC is loaded offensively but there are question marks on defense. Stanford has many questions on defense but their offense is actually pretty decend. Stanford new Head Coach Troy Taylor was 30-8 in three years at Sacramento State. Taylor was a three-year starting QB at California. His offenses at Sacramento State were very well balanced however they played at a fast pace. Look for Stanford to put up plenty of points to stay within the number (bonus pick) and get over the total.

The over has hit in the last TEN Trojans' games, which is the fourth longest streak in FBS since 1995. In those ten games, the combined point total is 79.9 points per game, with USC averaging 46 each contest. The Cardinal will try to play ball control early but once they get down, it will be bombs away. USC scores 50+ for the third straight week and Stanford pushes this over with a late touchdown or two.
