I had hopes for the Cal offense after what I saw from it earlier in the season, but this team has reverted to its natural rock fight form. It will do everything in its power to slow this game down and keep an explosive Washington offense off the field. That approach, combined with a weather forecast calling for some strong winds, should prove effective and keep this one below the total.
