This pick goes against everything I believe in, but this number isn't giving either one of these offenses enough credit. I have this being more of a 28-24 game than a 23-20 game, so there's a lot of value on the Over at this point.

Purdue is coming off a miserable offensive performance against Illinois in which it scored only 13 points, but still won. The Boilermakers offense is getting erratic play at quarterback and is missing its two best receivers, best tight end and top two running backs. There is a chance WR David Bell will return, which would help. The Gophers scored just 14 points in a loss to Bowling Green. Both defenses have played well too, so points will be hard to find.
