Saint Louis is 10-2 at home (losses by a combined seven points) and I take nothing from its loss at Fordham on Tuesday as the Rams aren't that bad but it was clearly a lookahead game to this one for first in the A-10. It is the first sellout at Chaifetz Arena since Jan. 17, 2020, when the Bills faced Dayton. Either because it's a first-place battle or a free T-shirt as part of a Billiken Blizzard game. Saint Louis leads the A-10 in scoring offense (76.2 ppg). The Bills also lead the conference and are 12th nationally with 39.7 rpg. Their 29.2 defensive rebounds per game ranks fifth in the NCAA. While I'm on the ML, the Rams are are 3-7 ATS in their last 10 road games.

This is an awesome game between the top two teams in the Atlantic 10 standings, and we're riding with Saint Louis not just for the home court advantage but for how the Billikens matchup against a surging VCU team. While the Rams have a lot of success creating turnovers with their pressure defense, Saint Louis is led by one of the steadiest point guards in the conference in Yuri Collins. Not only does Collins help facilitate and offense that doesn't turn the ball over often, he also leads the nation in assist rate. I like Saint Louis as the superior team offensively, the home court advantage and Collins' ability to keep VCU from getting easy buckets.
