Alabama's power rating is going to reflect the success that it's had for much of the season, throwing up big numbers in high-possession wins that have powered the Tide's ascent to the top of the SEC. But after two straight games of offensive performances well below Alabama's season standard, I'm not quite ready to circle this as a spot where all the pieces will fall back into place. Vanderbilt just played Alabama two weeks ago and kept the Tide below their season average for scoring, so Jerry Stackhouse should have the game plan ready to suppress scoring again in the rematch.

As dominant as Alabama has been in the SEC (8-0 straight-up), the Tide are coming off their worst loss of the season, against Oklahoma. They have also been on the road three of their past four games, with the lone home game being a three-point win against a Mississippi State team that is 1-7 in conference play. This line has jumped two points, so I'm grabbing the value on Vanderbilt, which is 4-0 ATS on the road in SEC play.
