Expect a see-saw affair in Friday's matchup between Kennesaw State and Mercer. On the year, six of Mercer’s eight games have been decided by single digits. The pressure is also on the Bears to bounce back from a 10-point home loss in their last outing against Towson. With this being an in-state matchup, expect a competitive game. Take the points with Kennesaw State in a matchup decided by two points last season.

Not a lot to love today in college hoops, but I do like Mercer to win this game -- just no opinion on the spread. Three of the Bears' four losses are on the road and the fourth to an excellent Towson team. Kennesaw State brings back all five starters from last season but that team had just 13 wins. This will be the 20th all-time meeting between the former ASUN rivals, and KSU is looking to snap a 10-game losing streak to the Bears. KenPom ranks Mercer about 30 spots higher.
