Tom's Analysis:
Colorado State is probably the best team in the Mountain West this year, but it's not strong enough defensively to trust it with a spread this large. While UNLV isn't a juggernaut by any definition, the Rebels do well enough on the defensive glass to take advantage of a Colorado State team that doesn't get many offensive rebounds, which should limit second chances and make it more difficult for the Rams to cover.
