The Tar Heels are playing their best basketball of the season. They have covered in seven of the last 11 games. The UNC defense, which ranks third in the conference, has not allowed a single ACC opponent to score more than a point per possession over the last three weeks. The Tar Heels still have a lot of work to do to reach the NCAA tournament. A loss here would be devastating. But I expect them to lock up a tournament bid with a win. Notre Dame is 1-5 ATS in its last six games, and the Fighting Irish are playing on back to back nights. The Notre Dame defense ranks 12th in the conference. There should be a lot of UNC fans on hand in a home court game.
