Georgia Tech is enjoying a winning stretch of basketball, but the stretch could be misleading as it includes wins over flailing Syracuse, Louisville, Florida Tech and a Boston College team without big man Quinten Post. The Seminoles are not winning many games, but in big spots they've managed to be very competitive against quality teams like Miami and North Carolina. In a win-or-go-home scenario, I think we see FSU's best effort, and if that's the case, they can win this game. Either way, I'll take the points.

Georgia Tech has covered eight straight while FSU enters on a 1-8 ATS skid. Per analyst Steve Makinen, opening-round ACC favorites are 17-1 SU and 13-5 ATS over the past seven years. But what this comes to is the Yellow Jackets' late-season surge. Miles Kelly is 23 of 48 from deep over his last four games, and Lance Terry is 14 of 26 from deep over his last three. For the entire ACC regular season, Tech held opponents to a conference-low 29.9 percent from deep. The Seminoles allowed an ACC-worst 37.9 percent.
