NFL Week 4 ATS power ratings: Why Seahawks return to No. 1 despite loss, plus how far Tampa Bay falls
Here's how far the Buccaneers drop with Baker Mayfield sidelined as we project every Week 4 line based on spread power ratings

The Seahawks suffered their first loss of the season on Sunday, with the Commanders rallying to a 33-31 win. But the final score doesn't tell the whole story.
Seattle outgained Washington 6.8 yards per play to 4 as Sam Darnold had the passing attack humming in his return. Unfortunately, three turnovers helped the Commanders win the field position battle, and they only had one drive longer than 43 yards despite the high point total. There's nothing wrong with the Seahawks defense, and the offense isn't going to get cooked by turnovers most weeks. With how well they played in Darnold's absence, it was easy to move the Seahawks to the top of my power ratings for this week as I believe they're the team to beat.
Below, I'll share my Week 4 spread power ratings and go step by step through those notable adjustments. Then, we'll look at my projected spreads for every game, see where we differ from the market, and try to ascertain why those discrepancies exist.
