The Week 6 NFL odds feature lots of common matchups as half of the Sunday slate consists of divisional games. The biggest Week 6 NFL line has the Rams as 12.5-point home favorites over the Cardinals. Meanwhile, Raiders vs. Bills (-5.5) has Buffalo as the largest road favorite. That contest also has the highest total on the slate at 52.5, which is one of four games with an O/U of at least 50.
