The Nets are an impressive 19-12 ATS following a win this season, but if we look a little closer, we see the Nets are only 2-5 ATS and straight up in their last 7 games following a win by 10 points or more. There's a bit of a letdown factor with this team. I'm thinking we might see a bit of one tonight against a Wizards team that's easy to overlook.

The Wizards have lost four straight while allowing opponents to shoot 50 percent. Their lack of defense is also why their last nine games have gone Over the total. When they last visited Brooklyn in December the Nets won 125-118, getting Over 225.5. The Nets are now the best Over team in the NBA, cashing at 63 percent. Over is the top play here.

The last time these two teams met in Brooklyn, the Nets won by seven points. The Wizards are an abysmal 7-24 on the road this year, including 9-22 there ATS. With the Nets mostly healthy outside of the absence of Spencer Dinwiddie (thumb), I’ll take them to win and cover.

The Nets are 15-4 in their last 19 home games after blowing out the Spurs on Monday. The big takeaway was Caris LeVert returning to pre-injury form, with 15 points, seven assists and five rebounds. Washington is 7-24 on the road, has lost four straight overall and can't stop anyone right now. The Nets put up 70 points in the first half of the earlier matchup with the Wizards in Brooklyn, en route to a win and cover. Lay it.
