DraftKings. Brandon Young has been a pleasant surprise for the Orioles this season, steadying an otherwise shaky rotation. His success has him at 140 innings this season, 30 more than his previous career high (2024), and about 50 more than last season. The Orioles, still in the playoff hunt, seemingly have kept a watchful eye on his workload, pulling him at 82 and 84 pitches in each of his last two starts. Making a start in an extreme hitter’s environment tonight in Sacramento, I like the chances of Young’s outing staying shorter than six innings.
