    Understanding Public and Money

Think of 'Public' as the percentage of people betting on each side and 'Money' as how much money is being bet. When there's a big difference between the 'Public' and 'Money' data, it usually means that the more serious bettors (referred to as 'Sharp Money') are favoring a particular side.

    Matt's Analysis:

Liked the Birds regardless but now especially so as Christian Yelich is not in the Milwaukee starting lineup, and he has been great. Not hugely surprised Baltimore lost Friday's opener simply in the spot it was in but was one of those you just had to play. The Orioles bullpen is now in much better shape tonight behind Dean Kremer.

    Jeff's Analysis:

I love betting on winning home teams that lost by ten or more runs in their previous game. The Baltimore Orioles have won three out of four games this season after a defeat, and Dean Kremer has a perfect record of 3-0 after a loss dating back to the last season. Kremer has been impressive, as he has managed to limit the opposition's batting average to .170. DL Hall last pitched seven days ago and might be too eager to face his former team. Hall's numbers don't look great, with a 4.82 ERA and 4.97 FIP, suggesting he's still trying to figure things out. Additionally, his .350 batting average against is concerning. I like the Orioles in this spot!

    Jason's Analysis:

All the attention among the O's youngsters has focused on Jackson Holliday and Colton Cowser, understandably so. But Westburg is posting top 10 exits velos from the right side and maturing as a hitter and he can hit velo. He also knows the Brewers starter, DL Hall, very well from coming up through the minors with him. Westburg's opposite-field approach will serve him well as Camden Yards, avoiding Waltimore and taking his shot with the flag court in right field. I like him to ambush something from Hall today

    Jason's Analysis:

DL Hall might end up being an elite closer but we are far from sure he is an MLB starter. The Orioles developed him and this lineup knows him inside out. O's have struggled vs lefties but they hit velo well and this will be a tough spot for this exceptional young man who was a key piece of the Corbin Burnes trade. I think a strong Baltimore lineup will make him work, test his command and bounce back after a rough night Fri vs a much better starter. Orioles also once again outpacing opponents from the 6th on and could have a big late-inning advantage here
