The world's top club soccer leagues are a few weeks into their seasons, and some of the usual suspects are rolling, while there have been a few early surprises. Heavyweights like Real Madrid, Bayern Munich and Paris Saint-Germain are off to fast starts, while others like Manchester City, Liverpool and Juventus have been a bit more tentative. 

In the MLS, the playoff races are a free-for-all, with 24 teams realistically in the mix for 14 spots with seven weeks left. The weekend's soccer action features two marquee MLS matchups on Friday night. It's a meeting of the top two teams in the Western Conference when Austin FC hosts LAFC at 8 p.m. ET. Then, the Seattle Sounders visit Providence Park to face the Portland Timbers at 10 p.m. ET, and it's a matchup of fierce rivals desperate to move closer to playoff contention.

In the top MLS matchup of the week, LAFC is a +128 road favorite on the 90-minute money line in the latest Austin FC vs. LAFC odds from Caesars Sportsbook.
