Jonathan Coachman is joined by expert sports bettors Mike McClure and Justin Perri on The Early Edge podcast. They give you their best bets for Major League Baseball, Copa America and golf for Saturday, July 10.

Coach starts things off with the SportsLine Play of the Day: Brazil (+115) to beat Argentina in the final of Copa America (8 p.m. ET).

McClure then gives the first of his two picks, both in MLB: Over 11 runs in the Red Sox-Phillies game (4:10 p.m. ET). His reasoning? Umpire Jerry Meals. "In his last 50 games [behind the plate], he's hitting the Over at an 80 percent clip with an average of 12.3 runs per game," McClure says.

McClure's second pick is Over 7 runs in the Cubs-Cardinals game (7:15 p.m. ET). "These two pitchers are not good at keeping runners off the bases, especially Zach Davies," McClure says.

Coach then chimes in with two plays from the third round of the John Deere Classic. The first is Ryan Moore (-125) over Patrick Rodgers (12:37). "If [Moore] could play the John Deere Classic every single week, he would be a multigazillionaire," he says. "He loves this course; the course loves him."

Coach's second play is Chez Reavie (-105) over Sebastián Muñoz (12:48 p.m. ET). "These are the type of weeks and type of courses that Chez Reavie loves," Coach says.

Perri's three-pack of picks comes in MLB. The first is the White Sox to cover the -1.5 run line (-130) against the Orioles (4:05 p.m. ET). "[Thomas Eshelman] is not going to be the type of guy who's gonna bother this White Sox team," Perri says. "He has not really had an appearance yet where he hasn't given up runs."

He also likes the A's (-135) to beat the Rangers (4:05 p.m. ET). "The bullpen for the Rangers is a little bit taxed," Perri says. "They pitched almost all of their good relievers yesterday."

Perri closes things out with the Tigers (+165) to upset the Twins (2:10 p.m. ET). "I like the way [the Tigers] have been hitting the last couple weeks," he says.
