Today's picks: Why UCLA will cover vs. Abilene Christian, plus more college basketball, NBA and NHL picks for Monday

Jonathan Coachman brings in top sports betting experts Mike McClure, Zack Cimini and Larry Hartstein on the Early Edge podcast, powered by SportsLine. The team reveals their targeted selections for college basketball, the NBA and NHL for Monday, March 22. 

Mike opens the SportsLine Storylines of the Day with injury updates on several key players, and none more important than Giannis Antetokounmpo. Zack details the impact of Robert Braswell on the Syracuse lineup. Larry breaks down some impressive trends on underdogs and continues to shine the light on the Pac-12. 

The Coach slides in two SportsLine Plays of the Day. He is going with the Oilers at +105 over the Canadiens at 7 p.m. ET, as Edmonton is on a very hot run. In the NBA, Coach endorses the Cavaliers +4 over the Kings at 7:30 p.m. ET. 

Mike is taking Colorado +1.5 over Florida State at 7:45 p.m. ET. He sees the Buffaloes as a legitimate top-15 team in the nation right now. He is also on Alabama -5.5 over Maryland at 8:45 p.m. ET. The Crimson Tide will get it done on defense and with three-point shooting. 

Zack is all over UCLA -4.5 over Abilene Christian at 5:15 p.m. ET. "The Pac-12 gets another win here, and we see another No. 11 seed advance to the Sweet 16," he says of the Bruins. "They are riding high right now. Abilene Christian got a win vs. Texas, but I am devaluing it because was Texas just not ready, and played sloppy. The Pac-12 is playing so well in the tournament because teams cannot adjust to the tempo and style. UCLA's style will have Abilene Christian running all over the place."

Larry is on an incredible 7-1 March Madness run, so you have to ride with him as he goes with Ohio +5.5 over Creighton at 6:10 p.m. ET. Jason Preston will be the difference-maker for the Bobcats.
