Jonathan Coachman is joined by expert sports bettors John Bollman, Allie O'Neill and Zack Cimini on The Early Edge podcast. They give you their best bets for Major League Baseball, UFC, college baseball and soccer for Monday, June 6.

Coach kicks things off with three SportsLine Plays of the Day. The first is in soccer, courtesy of Martin Green: Both teams to score (-112) in the France-Croatia match in the UEFA Nations League (2:45 p.m. ET).

Andrew Gombas makes a cameo appearance to deliver the second play. He likes Steve Garcia (-155) to defeat Maheshate in a lightweight bout at UFC 275 on Saturday. "I like Garcia to get it done," he says. "Four-inch reach advantage, fought way better competition, he's more well-rounded."

The final SportsLine Play of the Day is from Allan Bell, who likes East Carolina (-145) to beat Coastal Carolina in an NCAA baseball contest (1 p.m. ET).

O'Neill is up next with a play in Major League Baseball. She likes the Diamondbacks (+105) to defeat the Reds in the opener of their four-game series (6:40 p.m. ET). "Madison Bumgarner has pitched pretty deep into games his last few starts," Allie says. "But more importantly, the Reds are only 2-8 behind Hunter Greene in his starts. He has a 6.59 ERA at home. The D-Backs went 5-1 when these teams played last season."

Bollman follows with an MLB play of his own. He likes the Red Sox (+110) to beat the Angels as the teams begin a four-game set (9:38 p.m. ET). "The Angels have now lost 11 straight games, and they had to travel back to the West Coast last night," John says. "Maybe they do finally break out of their slump, but I'm more than willing to bet against that at plus money. … The Red Sox just swept the A's in Oakland and they have one of their better starters in Michael Wacha pitching. The Angels' bullpen is an absolute mess right now. … Noah Syndergaard has been lit up in two of his last three starts."

Coach jumps back in with an MLB play: Over 9.5 (-113) in the Blue Jays-Royals three-game series opener (8:10 p.m. ET). "Seven of the last nine games for the Royals to the Over," he says. "The Blue Jays, here are their last eight games: 14, 15, 12, 11, 10, 11, 21 and 11. Hmm. Let's take the Over."

Cimini wraps things up with a prop bet in MLB. He likes Over 4.5 strikeouts for Texas' Jon Gray (+100) in the opener of the three-game set between the Rangers and Guardians (7:10 p.m. ET). "At home, phenomenal pitcher. Two starts only, but he's averaging 10 strikeouts," Zack says. "The Cleveland Guardians, they are an MLB-best when it comes to strikeouts. But I'm going to go against that trend. Jon Gray's velocity was up in his last outing against the Tampa Bay Rays. He had 12 strikeouts while throwing a 95-96 mph fastball."
