Today's picks: Why the Cardinals will beat the Marlins, plus more MLB and Wimbledon for Monday, June 27

Jonathan Coachman is joined by expert sports bettors Zack Cimini, Allie O'Neill and Larry Hartstein on The Early Edge podcast. They give you their best bets for Major League Baseball and Wimbledon for Monday, June 27.

Coach kicks things off with the SportsLine Play of the Day: Rafael Nadal to win Wimbledon (+700). "He's had some injuries, he's not great on grass," he says. "But if you want to pick someone with a little bit of value, let's go with Rafa Nadal."

O'Neill is up next with an MLB play. She likes the Cardinals (-130) to beat the Marlins in the opener of their three-game series (7:45 p.m. ET). "I think the bullpen is really where it's going to come through. (The Cardinals) have a much better bullpen than Miami, and they're at home," Allie says. "I think their offense is really going to give (Pablo) Lopez a tough time. (Adam) Wainwright has been a little bit iffy (in his last few starts), but I think today is really going to be a good bounce-back spot for him, just because he has done very well against the Marlins."

Cimini follows with an MLB prop bet. He likes Over 1.5 total bases (+105) for Colorado's Charlie Blackmon in the Rockies-Dodgers game (8:40 p.m. ET). "He just hit his 12th homer yesterday," Zack says. "Every single other time (he's homered), he has followed that up with a good performance. He's had a hit in each of the following games. A bunch of those have been multi-hit games."

Coach jumps back in with a pair of MLB plays. First, he likes Over 9 runs (-117) in the Red Sox-Blue Jays contest (7:07 p.m. ET). His second play is Over 8 runs (-108) in the Twins-Guardians matchup (7:10 p.m. ET). "Last week, these two teams played - 11 runs, 21 runs (in the first two games)," he says. "These two teams score against each other. It's just the way it is."

Hartstein wraps things up with his two plays. The first is in MLB: Over 4.5 runs in the first five innings (-105) of the White Sox-Angels game (9:38 p.m. ET). "Lucas Giolito, this guy is in real trouble this season," he says. "The velocity is there, but the movement, the location, the hard-hit rate is way up - 27 earned runs over his last five (outings). He's going up against (Noah) Syndergaard - 5.31 ERA in his last four starts."

Larry's second play is in Wimbledon. He likes Alison Van Uytvanck (-142) over Emma Raducanu in their first-round match (11 a.m. ET). "(Raducanu) made the final 16 last year and yet she's a serious underdog," he says. "Why? Because she played two weeks ago, she had to retire due to injury, so she hasn't had any good prep for Wimbledon. The Belgian (Van Uytvanck) is very good on grass, 12-2 this season, (has) a very strong slice, a very strong serve."
