Today's picks: Why Kansas vs. TCU will go Over, plus more college football, MLB and CFL best bets for Friday, Oct. 7

Emory's got a multitude of college football plays. First, for Friday's games, he's taking Under 52 in tonight's UNLV vs. San Jose State game (10:30 p.m. ET). "These two teams have really good defenses," he says. Emory's also on Cornell +10.5 against Harvard (7:00 p.m. ET), citing Cornell's plus quarterback play. 

In the CFL, Emory's on Hamilton Tiger-Cats -2 over the Saskatchewan Roughriders (7:30 p.m. ET). "I have not seen a team collapse as much as the Roughriders have this season," Emory says.

For Saturday's CFB action, Emory's laying -8.5 for Alabama A&M against Grambling State (2:00 p.m. ET). "Until Hue Jackson decides to put the G back on the helmet for Grambling they're going to be in disarray," Emory says. He's playing Fordham again, taking the Rams -10 over Lehigh (12:00 p.m. ET). "It scares me that it's only -10," Emory says. "They should blow out Lehigh." He's also taking Over 67.5 in Lamar vs. Incarnate Word (5:00 p.m. ET) and Washington State +12.5 vs. USC (7:30 p.m. ET). 

Chip also has a bunch of CFB plays. He's playing Under 50.5 in Rutgers vs. Nebraska tonight (7:00 p.m ET). He notes that both Nebraska games have gone Under since the Cornhuskers made their coaching change, and Rutgers isn't exactly an offensive powerhouse. 

For Saturday's games, Chip's on Over 69 in Kansas vs. TCU (Noon ET). "Kansas' one flaw is on the defensive side," Chip says. "Both of these teams are so much stronger on the offensive side and I think it could turn into a track meet." He's also taking NC State -3.5 against Florida State (8:00 p.m. ET), Duke -3.5 at Georgia Tech (4:00 p.m. ET), and Oregon State -4 in the first half against Stanford (11:00 p.m. ET). "Stanford has been outscored 83-24 in the first half" in three games against FBS opponents, according to Chip.

Allan closes the show out with two MLB postseason picks. He's on two team totals -- Blue Jays TT Over 3 (-150) and Guardians TT Over 2.5 (-130).
