Today's picks: Two plays in Celtics vs. Magic, plus more NBA, college football and NHL picks for Wednesday, November 3

The Coach delivers the SportsLine Play of the Day, backing Kent State -3.5 over Northern Illinois at 7 p.m. ET. The ATS trends certainly point to the Golden Flashes being a strong selection in MACtion.

Allie's featured NHL pick is the Hurricanes +105 in regulation over the Blackhawks at 8:30 p.m. ET. Carolina is undefeated and has managed to stay healthy. Frederik Andersen is also doing an outstanding job in the net. 

In the NBA, Zack is going with the Celtics -7 over the Magic at 7 p.m. ET. Boston is coming off an awful loss and needs to respond, as Marcus Smart called out his teammates after the last defeat. The inconsistent Magic have yet to win a home game. 

Larry's recommended prop play also comes from Celtics-Magic and is a collaboration with another SportsLine expert. He is taking Magic point guard Cole Anthony Over 27.5 points, assists and rebounds. "The Celtics have given up the most points in the league at 119.7, the next team is down at 115," he says. "This guy is playing with a ton of confidence, and in his last six games, averaging 37.3 points, assists, and rebounds. He is averaging 35 minutes per game in his last five, He's the leader of the team."
