Today's picks: Three MLB Overs worth backing, plus more MLB and college football picks for Thursday

Matt highlights one storyline he's watching, with the Broncos naming Teddy Bridgewater as their starter at quarterback. Matt highlights some incredible ATS stats for Bridgewater to remember once the season starts. 

The Coach has two MLB picks as the SportsLine Plays of the Day from the site experts and models. He highlights the Angels (-115) over the Orioles at 1:05 p.m. ET, calling it an "easy" fade of Baltimore after they halted their losing streak last night. He also gives out the Giants (-120) to beat the Mets again at 7:10 p.m. ET. after coming from behind to steal a win last night. He also shares a morning soccer play for live listeners and watchers of the show.

Mike kicks off the show's expert picks segment by going Over 8.5 runs (-115) in Cardinals-Pirates at 7:05 p.m. ET. "It should close at 9 .. I have this at 9.6 in my simulations," Mike says, while sighting weather, park factors and the starting pitching matchup to back up his play. 

Matt, who is 199-126-6 (+3067) in his last 331 MLB plays, is taking the Phillies (-155) over the Diamondbacks, with Arizona typically playing terribly on the road. He then fires his first college football pick of the year, backing Hawaii +18 against UCLA  on Saturday. "This is the fourth time in the past five years Hawaii has opened with a true road game, and they won the past three," Matt says.

Justin is on two MLB Overs on Thursday, first backing the Angels and Orioles to continue their trend of going Over in this series with the number set at 10. He's also backing Twins-Red Sox Over 10 runs, with Minnesota's road games typically featuring plenty of scoring.
