Today's picks: Expert on 14-0 run taking the over in Yankees-Indians, plus more MLB, NBA and NHL picks for Thursday

Coming off another strong day, the Coach and featured sports betting experts Mike McClure and Larry Hartstein are back on the Early Edge podcast, powered by SportsLine. The guys supply their top picks for MLB, the NBA and NHL for Thursday, April 22.  

After Larry tells us what SportsLine has planned for the Kentucky Derby, Mike launches into another comprehensive NBA injury report. He covers multiple issues for the Celtics, the Magic, a big showdown between the Sixers and Bucks , the Pistons continuing to tank big-time, the possible return of Anthony Davis, and much more. 

The Coach tosses out three SportsLine Plays of the Day. In the NHL, he is on the Capitals +105 over the Islanders. In MLB, he backs the Pirates and Tigers to go over 8.5 runs at 1:10 p.m. ET. He is also anticipating that the Cubs will sweep the Mets, taking Chicago +105 over New York at 7:40 p.m. ET. 

Mike is on an incredible 14-0 roll in MLB, so you have to ride with his pick of the Yankees and Indians over eight runs at 6:10 p.m. ET. "Domingo German has been absolutely awful for the Yankees," he says. He stresses that air density will play a big role in this game. "It's actually a better hitting environment in terms of air quality than say, Boston is tonight. The other big thing that's underrated is the Yankees offense. We know the lineup they have." Mike points out some advanced statistics that back up an impending  New York offensive outburst. "They have so much power in the lineup. I love it here for them on the road." Mike adds the names of several Cleveland hitters that could be in for a good night.

NBA prop master Larry is strongly recommending Brandon Ingram over 23.5 points in Pelicans-Magic at 7:00 p.m. ET. The Maestro points out t is a must-win for New Orleans and a friendly matchup for Ingram.
