The defending champion Chicago Sky attempt to keep their hopes of repeating alive when they host the Connecticut Sun in a decisive Game 5 of their 2022 WNBA playoff semifinal series on Thursday. Tip-off at Wintrust Arena is set for 8 p.m ET. Chicago is a 4.5-point favorite in the latest Sky vs. Sun odds from Caesars Sportsbook, while the over/under for total points scored is set at 161.

Before you make any WNBA picks or parlays, you NEED to see what women's basketball experts Calvin Wetzel and Aaron Barzilai are saying.

Barzilai is a Ph.D. from Stanford who served as Director of Basketball Analytics for the Philadelphia 76ers. Five years ago, he founded HerHoopStats.com -- a groundbreaking website that unlocks insights about the women's game. Wetzel, the site's lead betting writer, incorporates his mathematical background and strong knowledge of women's hoops to turn the site's prediction model into picks.

Now, Barzilai and Wetzel have turned their attention to the WNBA after going 590-430 overall (+127.40 units, +13.6 percent) during the 2021-22 women's college basketball season. They also finished the 2022 WNBA regular season with a 54-44 mark. Anyone who has followed them has seen HUGE returns.

The experts know Connecticut staved off elimination with a 104-80 triumph at home in Game 4 on Tuesday. Six players scored in double figures for the Sun, with DeWanna Bonner and Courtney Williams leading the way with 19 points apiece. Brionna Jones, who received the 2022 WNBA Sixth Player of the Year Award prior to the contest, was one of three Connecticut reserves to hit double digits as she recorded 11 points and grabbed six rebounds. Kahleah Copper scored a team-high 16 points for Chicago, which also had six players in double figures. Candace Parker registered 11 points and added nine boards to increase her career playoff total to 600 and overtake Tamika Catchings (598) for first place on the all-time list.

Now, Wetzel and Barzilai have set their sights on Game 5 of Sun vs. Sky. We can tell you they are leaning Over the total, and they also have a STRONG play on the side! You ABSOLUTELY need to see what they say before locking in any WNBA picks.
