Saratoga morning line odds: Racing insider offers picks for the late Pick 4 on Sunday, Sept. 5

World class thoroughbred racing takes place at Saratoga Race Course in Saratoga Springs, N.Y., and on Sunday the late Pick 4 begins with Race 9 at 5:01 p.m. ET and ends with Race 12.
