The SportsLine Projection Model simulates every Division I college basketball game 10,000 times. Over the past five years, the proprietary computer model has generated an impressive profit of almost $2,100 for $100 players on its top-rated college basketball picks against the spread. Anyone who has followed it has seen HUGE returns.
The model has factored in that Rice was able to adapt to an opponent's weakness in a 109-104 three-overtime victory in Monday's opener. Big man Max Fiedler was the top scorer with 30 points, and the Owls got hot from outside to come back from a 10-point halftime deficit. Travis Evee leads the team with 17.8 points per game and is shooting almost 47 percent from 3-point range.
The simulations also have considered that Jamal Cain can dominate, as he did Monday against Vermont, when he scored 22 points and had 16 rebounds. He averages 22.2 points and 12.4 rebounds and also gets 2.6 steals per game. The Golden Grizzlies average 39 rebounds and seven steals per contest. Jalen Moore scores 12.2 points per game, and Trey Townsend averages 10.6 points.
Now, the model has set its sights on Tuesday's Rice vs. Oakland matchup at the Gulf Coast Showcase. We can tell you the model is leaning Over the total, and it also says one side of the spread hits in more than 60 percent of simulations! You ABSOLUTELY need to see it before locking in any college basketball picks.
