Before you set your Thursday night NHL DFS lineups on DraftKings or FanDuel, you need to hear what Mike McClure has to say. McClure is a professional DFS player and predictive data engineer, specializing in player projections and advanced statistical analysis.
Mike has over $1 Million in DFS winnings in addition to being recognized in the book "Fantasy Football (and Baseball) for Smart People: How to Turn your hobby into a Fortune" as a top Daily Fantasy Baseball Player. And he's already cashed on multiple NHL tournament lineups this season.
For Thursday night, McClure is all over Nashville Predators center Kyle Turris at $5,100 on FanDuel and $5,800 on DraftKings. Turris has recorded a point in three of his last five games, and he should be especially fired up for a return trip to Ottawa, where he played before being dealt to Nashville earlier this season.
If you roster Turris, you'll have plenty of salary cap room to stack him with teammate and star defenseman Roman Josi, who is $6,400 on both sites. He netted the game winner earlier this week against the Islanders and has piled up 15 shots on goal over his last four games, so he's getting plenty of pucks to the net. With Filip Forsberg (suspension) out tonight, both Turris and Josi will be called on to help carry the offensive load for Nashville.
McClure is also targeting a value pick you're not even thinking about who will explode tonight because of a dream matchup. Picks like these could be the difference between winning your cash games and tournaments or going home with nothing....So what is the optimal NHL DFS tournament lineup for Thursday night?
